TERMS OF SERVICE
Cancelation Policy
Changes and cancelations require a minimum of a 24-Hour notice. Unfortunately because we are a third party agency with the lowest prices on all activities throughout Hawai’i, we are unable to grant refunds processed after the 24-Hour Cancelation Policy.
Sending you SMS text messages or push notifications
If you provide us with a cell phone # to text you, you are agreeing to an SMS communication with our company. We use SMS to send booking confirmations, cancelations or reminders to our clients.
Only important and necessary communication is performed trough SMS text messages.
